Dentistry Treatments with Sedation

Sedation Dentistry can be used with any of our longer dental treatments at Glebe Dental.

Because you will be completely at ease, we can perform many dental procedures during the same visit including:

• General Dentistry: Complex restoration such as multiple root canal treatment and fillings
• Implant Dentistry: The surgical placement of a Dental Implant
• Porcelain Dentistry: Placement of porcelain crowns and veneers
• Cosmetic Dentistry: Complete Smile Makeovers and smaller aesthetic enhancements such as Gum Lifts

Before we carry out any treatment, we have a consultation with you and create a personalised dental plan. In the plan, the work that will be completed, based on your needs will be outlined. At this stage, we will also discuss options for anaesthesia as you may settle for a simple anaesthetic or your anxiety may be such that you require Sedation Dentistry.

On the day of treatment, once the sedative as been administered, we will not begin until the anaesthetic has been completely absorbed. One of our team will constantly monitor you to ensure that you are never in any pain.
